Designed in a truck pack friendly third/third pack shell, the TC2D comes with a versatile drawer pack and spacious storage compartments in the door. The side compartment comes with a pullout pallet with 6 hooks for hanging storage. The hinged top lid features a heavy duty locking lid stay to ensure your workspace remains safe. We swapped the 4” drawer for a pullout laptop desk with pencil drawer.

Construction
Case exterior is constructed with 12mm film faced birch plywood with black hex phenolic on one side and black smooth phenolic on the other. By default, we will put the smooth side on the case exterior. Through-rivet construction attaches double wall aluminum extrusion to the 12mm panels for exceedingly robust connection.

Finishes
Our cases feature high-quality stock and custom hardware to ensure maximum durability in nearly any environment. Our standard exterior panels feature 185gsm Phenolic facing in smooth and hex pattern. Custom color high pressure laminate from Formica® is available on request. Both finishes will stand up to the rigors of day-to-day operations.
Drawer Construction
Our dovetail constructed drawers are still built with 18mm and 12mm Russian Baltic birch plywood and finished with a UV cured clear acrylic coating. Black Phenolic birch plywood can also be used upon request.
